After 15 years in Northampton, Braunston Print has moved premises to the 3D Manor Business Park in Woodford Halse.
The company has relocated to premises that will allow for further growth and are more central to Banbury, Daventry, Rugby, Coventry, Northampton and Milton Keynes.
Tony Spooner of AJS Express Parcels Limited completed the move for Braunston Print. The team were so impressed with the service, they have appointed the company to offer 24/7 parcel delivery to its customers.
Tony said: “I was introduced to Janet Braunston on social media by mutual connections and we decided to meet up. We quickly established a good working relationship and have utilised each other’s services.
“It was an honour to be asked to help such a highly regarded, family business to move premises. The move was a logistical challenge as we had some large printers and equipment to transport but we were still able to complete it without a hitch, which I was very pleased about.”
Janet Braunston, Managing Director of Braunston Print, added: “AJS met us several times prior to the move to lay out a plan. They moved all the large printing machines and laser cutters in one day, leaving the smaller equipment to follow during the next day or two. They were very accommodating and made every effort to make the move as smooth as possible. They were very respectful of our belongings and took great care during the move. We now plan to use AJS for our deliveries.”
The two businesses celebrated the move and their ongoing relationship by holding a photo call event at the new premises, to which a select few local businesses were invited and a third Northamptonshire business, Nick Freeman Photography, was on hand to take photos.
Tony, who established his business in November, confessed to ‘having a moment’ during the event. He said: “I couldn’t help but feel an enormous sense of pride as I looked over at Nick taking photos of my two vans outside Braunston Print’s new premises. It made me realise how far I had come in a few short months. I have doubled my fleet to two vans and doubled staff numbers too by taking on an employee.”
“We were in Northampton for 15 years, so it was a big decision to move away and change the way we work from B2C to primarily B2B,” Janet added.
“The new site is perfect for us, with industry all around and backing onto open countryside. Our photo shoot morning was great fun. Nick made it so easy and the results are superb. I couldn’t recommend both AJS and Nick Freeman more.”
