A plumbing and gas company based in Milton Keynes has secured a contract with UK short breaks specialist Center Parcs to service 700 holiday lodges at its Woburn Forest site. Plumbing & Gas Solutions Limited have worked with Center Parcs for over 3 years now and have been awarded the contract when the park opened and they have retained their services ever since.
Plumbing & Gas Solutions Limited has already started the contract, which sees the company carry out the servicing works to the plumbing and heating systems in the lodges to ensure they are performing correctly, efficiently and safely. This involves the testing of temperature sensitive safety devices, filtration cleaning, testing of flow rates and heat transfer recording. The team will also be on hand to help Center Parcs with the maintenance and repair of its energy centre.
The contract was awarded to Plumbing & Gas Solutions Limited after Center Parcs started looking for a company relatively local to the site in Bedfordshire who could cope with the demand and offer a professional and personal service. Plumbing & Gas Solutions Limited is able to cope with this demand thanks to its ‘solid team’ at the office and engineers who are all directly employed by the company. By having a team of its own engineers as opposed to sub-contractors, Plumbing & Gas Solutions Limited has full control of diaries and the ability to plan and prepare the works. All engineers go out to jobs in full uniform too, are DBS checked to enhanced levels, and trained and qualified to a high standard.
