“One of the fundamental elements to a successful business is a happy work force.”
- Frank Hayes, Project Manager, 16 years with Winvic

Multidisciplinary main contractor, Winvic Construction Ltd., which recently revealed the turnover forecast for its year end to be £650m, has now launched a recruitment drive in preparation for controlled growth across all operating sectors. The UK’s leading shed specialist expects to retain its prominence in the industrial market but will also focus on new and repeat business in the multi-room sector.

Winvic is outspoken when it comes to its success, and boasts it is owing the passion, commitment and talent of its 250 plus strong workforce, and each individual’s belief and daily execution of The Winvic Way. The company’s new video entitled ‘We Are Winvic’ showcases the assets that makes the company unique – the people – and shines a light on a range of employees who are honest about their experiences.
