Dufeu IT Solutions

At the end of 2016 businesses who are under threat from ever increasing cyber-crime received good news from the Chancellor of the Exchequer. He said that the UK must be able to retaliate in kind against cyber-attacks and added that hostile "foreign actors" were developing techniques that threaten the country's electrical grid and airports.

The warning came within a speech describing how the government plans to spend a previously announced £1.9bn sum on cybersecurity while it will also address ways to tackle cyber-scammers and defend businesses.

An Award Winning Northamptonshire based business is more than aware of the cost of downtime to businesses whose IT may be under threat from cybercrime or if their servers go down.

“Businesses are rightly concerned at how much it will cost them in terms of productivity, customer service, overtime and even lost orders if there are problems with their IT” said Greg Du-feu Managing Director of Dufeu IT who are based in Wellingborough. “Our message to them is don’t let a disaster put you out of business.”

In 2010, after working as an IT Administrator for 9 years, Greg founded Dufeu IT and has helped grow the business to become a recognised name throughout the UK IT industry and within the Northamptonshire small business community.

Greg is an active member of the Computer Trade Industry Association (CompTIA) and has spoken at their UK Channel Community meetings.

As cyber fraud continues to grow, it is extremely important that businesses have a continuity plan. With all of the threats to business such as spam, phishing, virus, hardware failure or a natural disaster businesses cannot become exposed.

“We are proud of our team and the great service they provide to our customers.”

“With experience in handling sensitive information we ensure your business data is fully backed up every day.” Greg continued, “Our automated cloud backup solution takes the hassle and worry away from your business and eliminates manually backing up your data every day on a portable hard drive.”

Last year 95% of businesses experienced outages for reasons unrelated to natural disasters meaning that preparation is key to success and that is where Dufeu and their team of experts step in.

The company is proud of its record of employing people who fit well with and can communicate strongly and effectively with their clients.

The expert team have the requisite technical skills for their roles but Dufeu places great importance on their team being personable, friendly and able to have a commercial conversation about technology without blinding customers with science.

“We are proud of our team and the great service they provide to our customers.” Greg Du-feu continued. “We place great importance on their development and with continual training, both in-house and with certified training courses from the likes of Microsoft, VMware, Storagecraft and 3CX we make sure our people are always able to offer the very best possible solutions for business big or small.” If you would like a no obligation conversation about cyber crime and/or IT support in general call Dufeu IT Solutions on 01933 426162.
