EMW welcomes senior commercial property solicitor to its Milton Keynes office

Rhiannon Penney has 11 years’ experience advising on commercial property transactions in the Milton Keynes area.

EMW, the commercial law firm, is further strengthening its commercial property team at its Milton Keynes office with the addition of senior commercial property solicitor, Rhiannon Penney.

Rhiannon joins from EMW’s London office and will now be returning to focus on the Milton Keynes real estate market and broader regional market.

Prior to joining EMW’s London office, Rhiannon worked at Franklins Solicitors LLP where she was an Associate Partner and Solicitor. During her time at Franklins, Rhiannon worked on a wide range of matters including leases, licences and freehold acquisitions and disposals, on behalf of clients including developers, pension schemes and banks and she has substantial experience of advising on commercial property transactions in the Milton Keynes area.
