"Kingsley Consulting are proud to have developed many positive relationships with clients to allow us to showcase why we pride ourselves in doing things differently"
Kingsley Consulting was set up with the aim of doing things different to your standard recruitment business. This has already seen them being recognised for what they have done through being shortlisted as a Finalist in the SME Northamptonshire Business Awards 2017 in the categories of Best New Business and their Director Cliff Masey a finalist for the Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
This has come from the working partnerships that they have created with their various clients, candidates and training partners which has seen them deliver a unique and bespoke recruitment service to each of their clients. On top of this Kingsley Consulting manages all the engineer recruitment for Vaillant Boilers across the entire UK, through introduction of a Managed Service Provision into their business, where Kingsley, as well as carrying out the recruitment themselves, also manages a supply chain of other recruitment business to satisfy the full recruitment needs of the business.
Following this, Kingsley work alongside the MoD, and have now been granted the Bronze Award for the Employer Recognition Scheme.
‘This allows us promote Service Leavers and Reservists into a business whilst educating the client on the benefits of this pathway. Kingsley want to add real value into a business, therefore we will take the time in understanding the company core values and visions to support their operational needs.’ Says Lee Reynolds, Managing Director.
Service Leavers leave the Military with a variety of skills that are transferrable into ‘Civil Street’ life. Members of the Volunteer Reserve Forces undergo rigorous training, developing skills and attributes which, according to independent research, would cost over £8000 a year to deliver. Military training develops key personal attributes such as self-confidence, leadership, teamwork, organisation, resourcefulness and perseverance; these are essential in every workforce. Military training also covers a wide range of skills such as communications and IT, HGV and LGV driving licences, first aid, engineering, catering and personnel management.
Jon Manning, Business Consultant, comments:
"Kingsley have had the benefit of connecting with so many different people who all want the same thing…value for money. The recruitment industry is notorious for not providing this"
We needed to make a change
From a huge amount of research and experience allowed them to develop a much more in depth, comprehensive search and evaluation process to really get under the skin of not just the people put forward but our clients too. Subsequently, our ‘Executive Search’ service was born.
‘We spend quality time with the clients we work with, know them as people, as humans, because that is our product…humans. From this understanding, we can match someone’s intrinsic characteristics and strengths with that business to ensure not just their skills match but their personalities and life experiences will help drive our client’s business forward’.
Kingsley Consulting has the ability to work with various types of businesses across a number of markets including Energy / Building Services, Rail, Construction, General Engineering / Manufacturing and the recent addition Logistics & Transportation, offering Permanent, Temporary, Fixed Term & Executive Search Recruitment Solutions.
